Only Crime is a group of 5 veterans of the punk/hardcore scene who got together around 2003 after being exhausted with the current state of music and strived to create something new. With the members hailing from around the country, they routinely unite at the Blasting Room in Fort Collins, CO. to practice, write and record. In July 2004 the band released its debut album, "To The Nines" on Fat Wreck Chords.

After touring the world and continuing to grow they finally hit the studio in the spring and summer of 2006. Having once again set up camp at the Blasting Room, their 2nd full-length album, "Virulence" was released on January 23rd, 2007.

Only Crime has spent much of 2007 touring North America with bands such as Rise Against, Comeback Kid, New Mexican Disaster Squad, No Trigger and A Wilhelm Scream. February 2008 - Only Crime begins work on all-new material for their next full-length release! A week of rehearsals yields ambitious and promising results! Only Crime consists of Russ Rankin, Aaron Dalbec, Matt Hoffman, Dan Kelly and Bill Stevenson.
