NECTARS Restaurant and Lounge on Main Street Burlington was opened in1975 by owner and proprietor Nectar Rorris with partners Dennis Campbell and Bob Beauvais

The Greek Immigrant operated with a simple plan; serve food for all day  with live music every night with no cover

Since opening NECTARS provided the platform for hundreds of local artists to perform before of live audiences, improve and spread their talent around the State, across the country and around the world

The business closed in 2025 with little notice and without a chance for a proper tribute to Nectar Rorris and his remarkable enterprise that was Important not only to musicians but also the thousands who worked, met, dined and enjoyed entrainment there.

Musicians and friends who were part of that remarkable run will take part including current and former members of the N-Zones, X-Rays, Grippo Funk, Nerbak Bros., Bloozotomy, Pure Pressure, Big Dolla, Left Eye Jump, Breakaway, Banjo Dan and the Midnite Plowboys, The Redbirds, Mango Jam, Sneakers Jazz Band, The Abair Brothers, Blues for Breakfast and counting.
