“A combination of two great musicians contributing to one kick-ass musical experience.” A tree seemed like an appropriate image to portray the two. I wanted to make it look like an old biology diagram illustrating how a tree grows. green was an obvious choice as it linked to Bonnie “Prince” Billy’s Appalachian roots; the copper was a first for us and, as usual, Leo and Mat did a great job. I think this color choice really brought it all together.”
